Abstract:
According to the present invention, provided are a decorative glass using Korean paper and a method for fabricating the decorative glass. The decorative glass expresses the antique texture and delicate nature of Korean paper fabricated using a traditional method, and properly expresses various colors of a printed layer and a back. The outer surface of the Korean paper phosphoresces so as to express visual elegance. The Korean paper is durable and resistant to ultraviolet rays, thereby extending the service life of the decorative glass. The method for fabricating the decorative glass comprises: a preparation step washing, heating, and drying cut glass plates and then stacking same in a storage box; a step of supplying the stacked cut glass plates in the storage box one by one using a raising cylinder and a suction cylinder; a step of forming a printed layer by printing a pattern on a surface of the cut glass plate through silk screening and then heating/drying the cut glass plate; a step of forming an EVA resin layer by applying an EVA resin to the cut glass plate and a back surface of the printed layer; a step of attaching the Korean paper to the EVA resin layer by pressing the EVA resin layer onto the Korean paper with a roller and curing the EVA resin layer through heating and cooling using a press so as to form a first adhesion layer; a step of forming a fluoride layer by applying a fluoride resin as a transparent adhesive to the back surface of the Korean paper and heating and cooling the fluoride resin to a semi-cured state; a step of forming an EVA resin layer by applying the EVA resin to the back surface of the fluoride layer; and a step of attaching a colored and pattern-printed PET film back sheet to the EVA resin layer applied to the fluoride layer by pressing the EVA resin layer with a roller and curing the EVA resin layer through heating and cooling using a press so as to form a second adhesion layer.
