Abstract:
The present invention provides a decorative sheet for floors that lacks wiping resistance to an appropriate degree and for which not only grime generated during housing construction but also oil-based grime is easy to wipe off. The present invention provides a decorative sheet for floors that has at least a surface-protecting layer on a substrate sheet, wherein: the substrate sheet is a thermoplastic resin sheet; the surface free energy of the surface-protecting layer is 27 mJ/m2 to less than 30 mJ/m2 and the Martens hardness of the surface-protecting layer is at least 70 N/mm2; and the sliding resistance value (C.S.R. value) of the surface-protecting layer measured using a Tokyo Institute of Technology sliding tester (O-Y∙PSM) using 100% cotton socks is at least 0.3.
