Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet that has a highly-stretchable resin coating film with no appearance defects, such as coating streaks and wrinkles. [Solution] A decorative-sheet manufacturing method comprising: a step (α) for compression-bonding a thermoplastic resin film (a) on a pre-heated rotating heating drum and for compression-bonding, on the film (a), a transfer film (b) that has, in order from the outermost layer, a hot-melt adhesive layer, a resin coating film, a release coating layer, and a film base material, such that the hot-melt adhesive layer is disposed closer to the film (a); a step (β) for inserting and supplying a compression-bonded body obtained in step (α) between a rotating design-attaching roll and a rotating reception roll such that the transfer film (b) is disposed closer to the design-attaching roll; and a step (γ) for cooling a laminate sheet obtained in step (β) by making the laminate sheet sequentially pass through a first chill roll, the temperature of which is set at 50 to 90 °C, and a second chill roll, the temperature of which is set at 20 to 70 °C and lower than the temperature of the first chill roll.
