Abstract:

Provided are: a decorative sheet which has excellent processing characteristics, weather resistance and scratch resistance; and a decorative material which uses this decorative sheet. A decorative sheet which comprises a substrate and a surface protective layer, and wherein: at least one of the substrate and the surface protective layer contains a white pigment; the surface protective layer is a cured product of a curable resin composition; and the Martens hardness is from 9 N/mm2 to 25 N/mm2 (inclusive). A decorative material which uses this decorative sheet.
