Abstract:
A decorative sheet (100) is provided with: a sheet-shaped or plate-shaped light transmissive base material (10); a light reflective protruding part (20) formed on the light transmissive base material (10); and a black layer (30) formed on the light reflective protruding part (20), the decorative sheet (100) characterized in that the light reflective protruding part (20) has an average height of 1 to 200 μm, and that the black layer (30) is formed using black ink satisfying the following conditions.
[Conditions] With respect to a dry coating film formed by the following film forming method using the black ink, a surface of the dry coating film as measured at a measurement angle of 60 in compliance with JISZ8741(1997) has a gloss value of 80 or more, and the surface of the dry coating film as measured by an SCE method has a brightness L* value of 10 or less in a CIE1976 (L*, a*, b*) color system.
Method for forming the dry coating film: the black ink is applied to a polyethylene terephthalate film by being drawn at a movement rate of 50 mm/second using a bar coater having a wire diameter of 6 mils, and thereafter drying is performed at 80°C for 15 minutes to obtain the dry coating film.
