Specifically, the present invention relates to a decrosslinked polyolefin resin, and a resin composition comprising same, the decrosslinked polyolefin resin satisfying the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation percentage to the high standard required in order to be applied as a material for a cable filler, and also having excellent processability, shrinkage percentage, flame retardancy, and the like, and reducing the production costs of a cable filler.
