Abstract:
Provided is a Dectomax fermentation production method on the basis of using an oxygen uptake rate (OUR) as a control parameter. In the fermentation production method, a two-stage OUR control strategy is used, the oxygen uptake rate (OUR) of thalli is controlled to range from 28 mmol/l/h to 30 mmol/l/h by adjusting the stir rotation speed and the ventilation and oxygen supply in first 0 to 50 hours of the dectomax fermentation process; in the next 50-260 hours of a differential fermentation stage, the OUR is controlled to range from 18 mmol/l/h to 21 mmol/l/h by adjusting the stir rotation speed, ventilation and oxygen supply and continuous ammonium sulfate addition.
