Abstract:
A dedicated jet deburring fixture for an internal cavity of a porous housing comprising a base plate (1), a horizontal rotating plate (3) disposed at an inner surface wall of the base plate, two support plates (4) fixedly installed at a top portion of the horizontal rotating plate, wherein a rotating rod (7) horizontally passes through each of the support plates, a vertical rotating plate (8) fixedly connected to the rotating rod (7) and provided between the two support plates, and support bars (15) fixedly installed at the side of the vertical rotating plate away from the support plates. During use, a porous housing is placed on the support bars, a screw rod (11) on a positioning platform (10) is rotated so as to push a positioning block (12) downward to contact the porous housing and retain the porous housing in position. The design of the positioning block and the multiple support bars ensures that the porous housing is retained while preventing through holes in the porous housing from being blocked, thereby improving the performance of a jet deburring fixture for an internal cavity of a porous housing.
