The present invention relates to a dedicated ordering device, AP-based system and method for ordering a product by means of same, and a recording medium having a computer program recorded therein. The present invention enables automatic application of payment types varying on the basis of whether or not a user equipment and a dedicated ordering device carried by a user are present in the same AP, and thus enhances safety and convenience. On the basis of whether or not a user equipment of a user is located in a service area of an AP connected to a dedicated ordering device, the present invention, if the user equipment is not located in the service area of the AP, confirms an order by means of the user equipment and prevents an erroneous order by means of another user. Therefore, the present invention can assure safety during placement of an order by means of the dedicated ordering device as well as convenient ordering of a product by means of the dedicated ordering device.
