Abstract:
Provided is a dedicated precise steel ball washing machine for a high-grade numerical control system, the machine comprising a machine frame (1), wherein the machine frame is a rectangular frame mechanism; a loading region (2), a brush washing region (3), a spray-cleaning region (4) and a draining region (5) are sequentially distributed at an upper end of the machine frame; a side end of the machine frame is further provided with an unloading region (6) beside the draining region, and the upper end of the machine frame is further provided with a mechanical arm (7) capable of being driven by a driving mechanism to move within the regions. With the arrangement of the loading region, the brush washing region, the spray-cleaning region and the draining region, the procedures of loading, brush washing, washing with a washing liquid, and draining for steel balls can be realised on the same device, without the need to repeatedly switch between different devices, thereby effectively reducing the human labour and improving the working efficiency thereof.
