Abstract:
Disclosed is a dedicated spot welder shared by various door frame mid-pillars. The dedicated spot welder comprises a machine seat and connecting frames (6), wherein a first working platform (1), a second working platform (2) and a first vertical face (3) are arranged on the machine seat; a Y-axis slide rail (4) is respectively arranged on the second working platform and the first vertical face; all the connecting frames move back and forth along the Y-axis slide rails after being mounted onto the Y-axis slide rails; an X-axis drive motor (7) is respectively arranged in the connecting frames; each X-axis drive motor is connected to a Z-shaped mounting frame (8) by means of a connecting block (18); each mounting frame is provided with a spot welding unit; a copying positioning jig is arranged on the first working platform; several Y-axis drive motors (5) are arranged on the first vertical face; and each Y-axis drive motor is connected to one connecting frame (6), so that each spot welding unit can be adjusted to be at a suitable position. In this way, the dedicated spot welder can be applied to spot welding of different types of door frame mid-pillars, and realizes the simultaneous spot welding of multiple heads during mid-pillar spot welding, thereby improving the production efficiency.
