Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a deep-grain pattern transfer film (10), comprising the following steps: S1: applying a layer of adhesive (23) on a transparent film (22), drying, applying a layer of paint (24) on the adhesive (23), die-pressing to form the transparent film (22) having a deep-grain pattern (242), and then providing a first plating layer (25) on the deep-grain pattern (242) to form a prefabricated female die (20); S2: applying a layer of UV paint on a PET base film (11) to form the PET base film (11) having a UV layer (12); pressing the prefabricated female die (20) and the PET base film (11) having the UV layer (12) using a pressure roller, and peeling off the PET base film (11) having the UV layer (12) from the prefabricated female die (20) after solidifying, so as to form the PET base film (11) having a deep-grain pattern (122); and providing a second plating layer (13) on the deep-grain pattern (122) of the PET base film (11) to form the deep-grain pattern transfer film (10). The method is low-cost and achieves high printing efficiency when manufacturing the transfer film, and the manufactured transfer film has a deep-grain pattern, realizing a favorable anti-counterfeiting effect and packaging performance. The invention also relates to a deep-grain pattern transfer film (10).
