Abstract:
A deep learning and self-assembled-monolayer (SAM)-based Alzheimer's disease diagnosis method, and an SERS substrate therefor are provided. The deep learning and SAM-based Alzheimer's disease diagnosis method performed by means of a computer device, according to one embodiment, may comprise the steps of: using a nano-transfer printing technology so as to continuously stack nanowire layers arranged in parallel, thereby preparing a three-dimensional surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate; forming a SAM on the three-dimensional SERS substrate; and applying a metabolite solution on the three-dimensional SERS substrate having the SAM on a surface thereof, so as to acquire a Raman signal.
