Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a deep sea sediment sample transfer and online detection system and an application method thereof; a sample grabbing and pushing apparatus, a sample segmenting and cutting apparatus, a sample online detection apparatus, a high-pressure ball valve, and a pressure-maintaining drilling tool pipe removal apparatus of the present system are connected coaxially in sequence; a seawater pressurising pump is connected to a water intake main ball valve by means of a pipeline, and a valve control panel is respectively connected to the sample grabbing and pushing apparatus, the sample segmenting and cutting apparatus, the high-pressure ball valve, and the pressure-maintaining drilling tool pipe removal apparatus; the pressure-maintaining drilling tool pipe removal apparatus is used for separating an inner pipe of a sampling drilling tool from an inner pipe joint, and the sample grabbing and pushing apparatus and the sample segmenting and cutting apparatus are used for grabbing a sampling tube and, after cutting, transporting same into a sub sample pressure-maintaining storage cylinder for storage. By means of the application method of the aforementioned system, the present invention enables an obtained sample to be cut into any small section whilst maintaining the in-situ pressure, stored with the pressure maintained and transported to a laboratory, in order to better research the physical properties of sediment.
