Abstract:
A deepwater LED lighting sealing structure comprises a front cover (10), an integrated light source and power source structure (30), and a rear cover (20), wherein the integrated light source and power source structure (30) is mounted in a groove corresponding to the part of the front cover (10) so as to form a whole part, and then the whole part is assembled with the rear cover (20), an integrally-formed sealant film is directly moulded on a bonding surface of the front cover (10) towards the rear cover (20) and a bonding surface of the rear cover (20) towards the front cover (10), respectively. Two layers of films which have the same textures and are made of the same material are pressed to form a vacuum fit seamless sealing surface, a contact surface which has the possibility of water seepage is subjected to sealing in a whole-surface manner, so that the safety factor is high, and the waterproof effect is excellent.
