Abstract:
The present invention relates to a defect detection device capable of automatically sensing and detecting defects which can occur in a transfer process of thread (warp), a thread production process for producing thread, a twisting process, or a process for producing sheet-shaped products such as a superfine fiber fabric, a film, paper, and various kinds of printed items, and relates to a defect detection device using a current, for example, as shown in figure 3 comprising: a wire (110) provided on an introduction path of a warp (101) and connected to a first current input terminal (111); and an electric contact plate (120) disposed at the rear of the wire (110) with respect to an introduction direction of the warp (101) and connected to a second current input terminal (121), thereby enabling an operation of a weaving machine to be stopped by a current flow when the wire (110) is pushed in the rear direction by a defect of the warp (101) and makes contact with the electric contact plate (120).
