Abstract:
A deformable mirror surface shape control method and device based on a radial basis function. The present invention is simple in calculation, easy to implement and strong in universality, and can highly accurately control a deformable mirror to generate a complex surface shape, thereby implementing complex wavefront correction and aberration compensation functions. The method comprises: processing samples in a neural network training set, obtaining elements of the neural network training set, characterizing deformable mirror surface shapes in the samples by using radial basis functions; training a neural network by using characterization parameters of the surface shapes in the samples as input of the neural network and using voltages of piezoelectric ceramics corresponding to the surface shapes as corresponding output of the neural network, and enabling the number of times the neural network is trained to be consistent with the number of the samples to finally obtain a trained neural network; verifying the training effect of the neural network; and controlling, by means of the neural network according to characterization parameters of a surface shape requiring to be generated, the deformable mirror to generate a required surface shape.
