Abstract:
A deformed zinc-based alloy material and a preparation method and use thereof. The alloy comprises (wt%): 3%≤Al≤15%, and 0.1%≤Cu≤4.8%, with the balance being Zn and inevitable impurities. The microstructure of the zinc-based alloy material comprises an α phase and an η phase, wherein the α phase is an Al-substituted-by-Zn solid solution with Al as a matrix, and the η phase is a Zn-substituted-by-Cu and Al solid solution with Zn as a matrix.
