Abstract:
A deformed zinc-based alloy material and a preparation method and use thereof. The alloy comprises (wt%): 3％≤Al≤15％, and 0.1％≤Cu≤4.8％, with the balance being Zn and inevitable impurities. The microstructure of the zinc-based alloy material comprises an α phase and an η phase, wherein the α phase is an Al-substituted-by-Zn solid solution with Al as a matrix, and the η phase is a Zn-substituted-by-Cu and Al solid solution with Zn as a matrix.
