Abstract:
Disclosed is a degradable barrier composition, raw materials thereof comprising, by weight: 1-9 parts PPCP, 1-9 parts PLA, 0.01-2 parts solubilizing agent and 0.1-1 parts adjuvant. The degradable barrier composition of the present invention achieves better tensile strength by means of optimized weight ratios of PPCP, PLA and a solubilizing agent, and greatly improves the mechanical properties of the composite material. Moreover, the biodegradability of the barrier composition is improved by means of optimizing the preparation method of the PPCP and the preparation of the raw materials and adjuvant, such that complete degradation can be achieved after three months of forced composting. In addition, by means of preferably mixing PLA with PPCP, it is possible to maintain good transparency, water vapor and oxygen barrier properties in the barrier composition, and the introduction of PPCP greatly reduces production costs, so that large-scale industrial production can be achieved.
