Abstract:
A degradable bio-based moisture-permeable waterproof film and a preparation method therefor. The moisture-permeable waterproof film comprises 30-50 parts of polymethyl ethylene carbonate; 20-30 parts of polylactic acid; 3-10 parts of a hydrophilic anti-reflection agent; 0.1-1 part of adamantanone; 0.1-1 part of tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene; 1-5 parts of a chain extender; 0.1-1 part of an initiator; 3-10 parts of a compatibilizer; 0.5-5 parts of an anti-yellowing agent; and 1.5-10 parts of a smooth anti-sticking agent. The degradable bio-based moisture-permeable waterproof film uses degradable materials such as the polymethyl ethylene carbonate and the polylactic acid as main base materials, the hydrophilic anti-reflection agent enhances the waterproofness properties of a system, and the adamantanone and the tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene introduce a cyclic structure into the system to enhance the moisture permeability of the system, so that the system has the moisture permeability and waterproofness properties on the basis of good moisture permeability and waterproofness, and the system has an environmentally friendly effect.
