Abstract:
Disclosed are a degradable material, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The degradable material specifically comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of bran powder, 15-25 parts of modified plant fiber powder, 1-5 parts of a natural plasticizer, 0.5-1 part of a curing agent, 5-10 parts of modified starch, 1-5 parts of an additive, and 1-10 parts of melamine formaldehyde resin. In the present invention, by means of the modification and compounding of bran and shell agricultural by-products and by supplementing with melamine formaldehyde resin, physical properties and waterproof performance are improved. Moreover, the product has good toughness, low brittleness, cheap product materials, and a simple and fast production process and can be widely used in disposable tableware, kitchen utensils, flower pots and other fields. In addition, the product is safe and environmentally friendly and has good disintegration and degradation properties.
