Abstract:
[Problem] To more accurately detect piping defects. [Solution] A model data calculation unit 133 calculates theoretical values for vibration frequency and vibration propagation speed and associates the same for each of a plurality of models set with varying specified parameters. A model extraction unit 134 extracts a specified model from the plurality of models on the basis of the results of comparing a plurality of theoretical and measured vibration propagation speed values corresponding to a plurality of measured vibration frequency values acquired by a vibration frequency acquisition unit 131. A degradation determination unit 135 determines the degradation state of a pipe 900 on the basis of the specified parameters corresponding to a setting model extracted by the model extraction unit 134.
