Abstract:
Provided are a degreasing furnace and degreasing method which make it possible to measure the gas produced from a degreasing target during degreasing. This degreasing furnace (10) includes a furnace body (14) for storing a degreasing target (12), a combustor (40) for combusting while venting gas in the furnace body (14), a gas monitor (50) for detecting gas located in the combustor (40), pipes (52), (54) for connecting the combustor (40) and the gas monitor (50) to one another, and heaters (56), (58), (60) for heating at least one of the pipes (52), (54) and the gas monitor (50).
