Abstract:
A degreasing jig circulating apparatus that realizes laborsaving efficient degreasing of ceramic molding. There is provided a degreasing jig circulating apparatus comprising a degreasing jig assembling unit, a degreasing furnace, a degreasing jig disassembling unit, a cover member transport conveyor and a bottom plate transport conveyor, wherein the degreasing jig assembling unit includes molding mounting means for mounting of a ceramic molding on a given position of bottom plate disposed on a table or conveyor by the use of a robot arm, cover member fitting means for fitting of a cover member to the bottom plate, and jig delivery means for delivery of the degreasing jig to the degreasing furnace, and wherein the degreasing jig disassembling unit includes jig receiving means for receiving of the degreasing jig from the degreasing furnace, cover member demounting means for demounting of the cover member fitted to the bottom plate disposed on the table or conveyor by the use of a robot arm, and bottom plate delivery means for delivery of the bottom plate having the ceramic molding mounted thereon and having the cover member demounted therefrom to the bottom plate transport conveyor.
