Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a degree-of-vacuum measurement device which does not require a complicated control of a vacuum valve when a vacuum is drawn in the interior of a mold, which can be manufactured inexpensively, and which can be used for smaller molds. The degree-of-vacuum measurement device is characterized in that: a movable core (20) has therein a vacuum measurement hole (21) for measuring the degree of vacuum of a cavity (C); a gas outflow groove (11b) is formed, in which a gap of 0.06 mm to 0.07 mm is maintained between an abutting pin (11) provided in a stationary core (10) and the movable core (20) by means of a biasing member (12) that presses the abutting pin (11) against the periphery of the vacuum measurement hole (21); and a flow divider (15) that reduces the inflow pressure of molten metal is provided downstream from the gas outflow groove (11b).
