Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of polypeptides in biochemistry, and relates to Deinagkistrodon acutus anticoagulant factor XI polypeptide and a use thereof. For the polypeptide, a section of a Kunitz type polypeptide sequence is obtained by screening a Deinagkistrodon acutus venom gland transcriptome database, and the Kunitz type polypeptide sequence is constructed and expressed to obtain a polypeptide having antithrombotic activity, which can be used in the preparation of antithrombotic drugs.
