Abstract:
A deionized water manufacturing system for manufacturing deionized water using raw water supplied is provided with a reverse osmosis device (RO device) to which raw water is supplied and an electric deionized water manufacturing device (EDI device) having a desalination chamber that is divided by an ion exchange membrane and to which water passing through the reverse osmosis membrane device is supplied. In the EDI device, an ion exchanger is filled inside the desalination chamber, and the surface of at least part of the ion exchange membrane and/or at least part of the ion exchanger has particles that include a polyvalent metal adsorbed thereon.
