Abstract:
This delivery device for delivering the videos of applications to clients comprises: a delivery quality estimating unit that is configured to determine a delivery parameter set for the best experience quality of a video at a client by using packet loss information of packets transmitted from the delivery device to the client, delay information of communication between the delivery device and the client, and a plurality of delivery parameter sets; and a delivery unit that is configured to deliver the video to the client by using the delivery parameter set determined by the delivery quality estimating unit.
