Title:
DELIVERY OF SMALL HYDROPHILIC MOLECULES PACKAGED INTO LIPID VESICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2003000233
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
Means and methods are provided for the generation and use of delivery vehicles for small molecules. In one aspect of the invention lipid vesicles comprising proteinaceous channel and said small molecules are generated. Said proteinaceous channel and/or said lipid vesicle are formulated such that said small molecule is released in the vicinity of a target cell. Said target cell may be present in vitro or in vivo.
