Abstract:
The present invention appropriately allocates for a sales channel without demand estimates and presents a delivery time answer. Provided is a delivery time answering device comprising: an order quota calculation and disclosure unit for calculating an allowance for the commodity stock of a demand prediction channel, using the stock record and sales plan of the demand prediction channel, which is a sales channel for predicting an order quantity, transferring the stock that can be spared to an order acceptable quota for a demand non-prediction channel, which is a sales channel for which order quantity prediction is not performed, and setting a prescribed disclosure quota to the order acceptable quota; and an actual order acquisition and delivery time answer unit for assessing whether or not the order quantity pertaining to the actual order accepted by the demand non-prediction channel is within the range of the disclosure quota, presenting a delivery time answer as deliverable for the actual order when it is assessed as being within the range, and presenting a delivery time answer as undeliverable for the actual order when it is assessed as being not within the range.
