Abstract:
[Problem] In a process in which a signal output after going through delta-sigma modulation is transmitted, to reduce distortion of the signal. [Solution] A delta-sigma modulator (3200, 110) performs delta-sigma modulation on a first signal, which is an external input signal, and thereby outputs a second signal. The delta-sigma modulator calculates a parameter of a neural network (300, 3202a) by using a third signal generated through a transmission process of the second signal and the second signal or a restored signal of the second signal generated from the third signal, and updates a parameter of the neural network to the calculated parameter. The delta-sigma modulator uses the second signal to output, through the neural network, a fourth signal that is an approximate value of a signal generated through at least a part of the transmission process. The delta-sigma modulator performs delta-sigma modulation on the first signal by using the fourth signal and outputs the second signal.
