Abstract:
A delustring spun-dyed core-sheath type composite fiber and fabric thereof are characterized in that the contact surface of the core layer and the sheath layer is a even surface, and the cross section does not contain any sharp protrusion; the core layer is spun-dyed so that the visible light mean reflectance of the core layer is RA; the sheath at least contains no less than 0.6 wt% delustring agent based on the weight of the sheath layer, the visible light mean reflectance of the core layer is RB, and RB>RA; the delustring thermoplastic chemical fiber and the fabric thereof are obtained, wherein, the fiber has favorable delustring effect, wider color range and lower dyeing cost.
