A dementia patient management method and a system thereof are provided. The method is a dementia patient management method of a dementia patient management device operated by at least one processor, comprising the steps of: receiving data monitoring the daily life of the dementia patient from a manager terminal; determining whether the state of the dementia patient is a normal pattern, a premonitory symptom pattern causing a dementia behavioral and psychological symptom, or a dementia behavioral and psychological symptom pattern by using the monitored data on the basis of a previously learned model; and if the determined pattern corresponds to the premonitory symptom pattern or the dementia behavioral and psychological symptom pattern, then transmitting, to the manager terminal, at least one recommended service for dementia patient management respectively set to the premonitory symptom pattern or the dementia behavioral and psychological symptom pattern, wherein the recommendation service includes a manager's coping method for alleviating or treating the premonitory symptom or the dementia behavioral and psychological symptom.
