Abstract:
Disclosed is a demolding mechanism having a pin plug for side blowing, comprising a mold core (10) formed in a moving mold. The mold core (10) is an integral structure, with at least one side blow hole (11) being provided at a side portion of the mold core (10). A pin plug (20) is detachably installed in the side blow hole (11), with an air passing gap being formed at an installation gap between the pin plug (20) and the side blow hole (11). The side blow hole (11) is in communication with a corresponding air stream passage (13). The pin plug (20) has a positioning hole (21) passing therethrough, the axial direction of the positioning hole (21) being consistent with the height direction of the mold core (10). Inside the mold core (10), a pin hole (14) and an ejector needle hole (15) are provided respectively above and below the side blow hole (11), the pin hole (14) extending upward and through an upper end face of the mold core (10), and the ejector needle hole (15) extending downward and through a lower end face of the moving mold. The positioning hole (21), the pin hole (14) and the ejector needle hole (15) are coaxially disposed, and a positioning pin is installed in the pin hole (14) and extends downward into the positioning hole (21) to fix the pin plug (20). The mechanism can effectively solve the problems of difficult demolding, high manufacturing costs, and lack of quality assurance associated with molded products having thin walls and deep cavities.
