Abstract:
A dendrobium liquor, brewed from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of barley, 30-40 parts of soybean, 150-250 parts of glutinous rice, 5-10 parts of dendrobium, 5-10 parts of fragrant solomonseal rhizome, 5-10 parts of root of dwarf lilyturf, 10-15 parts of jujube, 5-10 parts of dried ginger, 10-15 parts of dried tangerine peel, 15-20 parts of smoked plum, 5-10 parts of root of ural licorice, 5-10 parts of Chinese magnoliavine fruit, 15-20 parts of honey, 2-5 parts of donkey hide gelatin, and 10-15 parts of palmleaf raspberry fruit. The dendrobium liquor uses the dendrobium, fragrant solomonseal rhizome, root of dwarf lilyturf, jujube, dried ginger, dried tangerine peel, smoked plum, root of ural licorice, Chinese magnoliavine fruit, honey, donkey hide gelatin, and palmleaf raspberry fruit as main raw materials, which directly participate in a brewing process, so that the richness and dissolution rate of nutrients can be improved, liquor sensory can further be improved, and a good anti-aging function is achieved.
