DENIM TROUSERS FOR LADY OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to changes made in high waist denim trousers for lady, resulting in an abdomen decreasing, in an apparent increasing of the buttock volume and which solve the problematic associated to the "flattening" of the gluteus region, as it usually occurs in the high waist trousers .
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Throughout the time denim trousers suffered significant changes and presently it is an indispensable garment used in several occasions, both formal and casual .
With the evolution of the denim trousers, and since they are not used only in casual occasions, there is an increase need to adapt this garment in order to provide a better physical appearance to fulfill the clients needs, particularly ladies needs.
Due to the high competition in this industry, several solutions have been developed aiming to improve the feminine silhouette, as it can be find out in several documents mentioned hereunder: WO2008143488 relates to a model of trousers, which, due to its tight cut favors the gluteus and the thigh muscles.
Also BRPI0605436 relates to a model of trousers, which due to its side and back seams allow to accentuate and to lift the feminine buttock.
BRPI0603154 refers to an application, in the back part of denim trousers, consisting of a pair of upper plies and a pair of external side plies, allowing the trousers to be tight enough to force the buttock lifting, emphasizing its volume and thus providing an aesthetic valorization.
Also BRPI0601549 relates to trousers that can have a high waist and with a set of two plies in the back part of the trousers, a heart shaped wimple design and two back pockets, providing the buttock lifting. In the present invention, however, the plies are intended to make the buttock round giving it a more attractive aspect, but without the accentuated buttock lifting effect since the wearers of these trousers usually are of bigger size and the buttock lifting effect would be quite unaesthetic .
US 6543062 focus in the abdomen control, the trousers being divided in two parts, front and back. The first part is higher in the waist region to enhance the wearer's gluteus. The second one, shorter, has elastic reinforcements on both sides intended to push the abdomen, to improve the wearer's posture and to enhance the gluteus lifting effect, which it is accomplished with the help of seams shaping the gluteus and favoring its visual .
As far as getting a better silhouette is concerned, US 5535451 relates to a system that, upon decreasing the distance between inside leg, the conventional side seams, which construction is described in this patent, results in, when putting on the trousers, the wearer will feel a certain pressure in the muscles, which pressure will drag the skin until the gluteus adjust and lift, avoiding its separation and enhancing the profile the wearer intends to get.
Also PT 104371 relates to a change made in denim trousers for lady, consisting in the application of a set of three plies in the back part of the trousers, creating a fabric excess in the buttock and thus creating a round illusion when the garment is put on, two back pockets with a round shape in the inner part of the pant's hip very tight to create a buttock lifting effect, which will fill the space left blank by the three plies with a final effect, when the garment is put on, of an increase in the buttock volume and rounding its shape . In this document no reference is made to the problem of the gluteus flattening in high waist trousers, as well as it does not refer any proposal to overcome it .
US 6035448 disclose trousers having a goal similar to the present invention. In said patent trousers showing an abdomen decreasing by means of four elastic panels is claimed. The present invention, however, has two non- elastic front and back panels. To achieve the proposed effect the reinforcement panels cannot stretch as much as the trousers . The trousers of the present invention also present a panel in the wimple region, oppositely to what happens with the above-mentioned patent. Said panel works to reinforce the buttock in order to avoid that the panel effect in the belly results in "fat" excess in the back region, very unaesthetic and common. It is also visible the absence of pockets in US 6035448, what is explained due to the normal tendency for the pockets to be placed very high because, upon raising the waist and keeping the belt and wimple height, the pockets also raise proportionally, which results in a not very feminine aspect of the buttock. This issue has also been overcome by the present invention by designing the pockets bigger than the conventional ones, but with an elongated round shape, which makes them more feminine and helps all this illusion effect. The pockets have also been placed in a lower position, making them look like being exactly at the same place of those of a pair of low waist trousers.
There are other documents relating to methods aiming to improve the visual appearance of several shapes . However, no invention in those documents is similar to the present invention, neither in its construction nor in the effectiveness of the desired aesthetic improvement. BRIEF DESCRIPRION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solution allowing to significantly improving the feminine silhouette by means of changes and improvements in conventional denim trousers, particularly in what concerns high waist denim trousers .
The present invention describes changes made in denim trousers for lady, resulting in an apparent decreasing of the abdomen due to the high waist and to the application of two inner panels, as well as in an apparent increase of the buttock volume and in the solution of the problem caused by high waist trousers, which consists of the "flattening" of the gluteus region.
To achieve the proposed goals, two plies have been put in a specific position, a reinforcement consisting of inner panels, together with a new placement of the back pockets, with the purpose of modelling and valuating the feminine aspect, specifically in what concerns the abdomen and gluteus region.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to changes made in high waist denim trousers for lady, with an elasticity no less than 3%, which results in an apparent abdomen decreasing, in an apparent increasing of the buttock volume and which solves the "flattening" problem of the gluteus region, usually occurring in high waist trousers,
Preferably, the denim trousers of the present invention simulate the effect of a liposuction and of a gluteus lifting whenever they are used.
To achieve the proposed goals, the main one being the abdomen decreasing, the high waist of the trousers was counterbalanced with an higher belt (1) having approximately 5,5 cm, with two buttons and reinforced by means of two inner panels (2, 3) the purpose of which is to squeeze the abdominal front region and the coccyx region helping to modelling this region.
The high belt of the trousers according to the present invention is an essential part to favouring the waist; it is a round belt consisting of four parts, which construction confers to the trousers a very elegant aspect and actually helps and designs the feminine curves .
In the particular case of the high waist trousers, there is the problem of the "flattening" of the gluteus region due to the fact that this region has no enough space, as well as the back pockets are quite badly placed (excessively raised) which makes the trousers look even more raised.
Therefore, two sets of plies (5) have been applied in the back of the trousers, placed in a specific position, which creates a volume since they provide a slight fabric excess in the back region, as well as a heart shaped " wimple (4), larger than usual. The pockets have been resized in order to be bigger than conventional pockets and placed in a lower position in respect to conventional high waist denim trousers, creating an effect of not too raised trousers.
The purpose of the side plies is to round the buttock giving a more attractive aspect although without an accentuated lifting effect. For a better understanding the present invention is accompanied with five drawings, which are described in more detail hereunder.
These drawings are given by way of example and do not limit the scope of the present invention and the claimed subject matter.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 shows a front view of the trousers with the improvements according to the present invention. This figure represents the whole trousers with the high waist counterbalanced with a higher belt having two buttons intended to reduce the abdominal region.
Figure 2 represents a front view of a detail of the trousers with the improvements according to the present invention. This figure shows the detail of the high waist counterbalanced with a higher belt (1) with two buttons.
Figures 3 and 4 represent a front and back view, respectively, of two details of the trousers with the improvements according to the present invention.
These figures represent the inner front reinforcement panel (2) and the inner back reinforcement panel (3) in the wimple region. The purpose of these panels is to squeeze the front abdominal region and the coccyx region, helping to modelling this region. Figure 5 represents a back view of the trousers with the improvements according to the present invention. In this figure the detail of the heart shaped wimple
(4) is represented, as well as the new sized pockets, placed in a lower position in respect to the conventional trousers. In this figure it also can be seen the detail of the two sets of two plies
(5) creating a fabric excess in the back region.
