Abstract:
A denitration device (1) is provided with a denitration reactor (10), a heat exchanger (15), and a heater (20). The denitration reactor (10) is filled with an Ir-containing catalyst (11) for reducing the NOx contained in exhaust gas (EX). The heat exchanger (15) performs heat exchange between pre-denitration gas (EXb) flowing into the denitration reactor (10) and denitrated gas (EXa) flowing out of the denitration reactor (10), cooling the denitrated gas (EXa) and heating the pre-denitration gas (EXb). The heater (20) heats the pre-denitration gas (EXb) after the same has passed through the heat exchanger (15), the heating amount being adjustable.
