Abstract:
A denitration treatment system and treatment method for flue gas from pellet roasting by a chain grate machine-rotary kiln. The denitration system comprises a chain grate machine, a rotary kiln (5) and an annular cooler that are connected in sequence; the chain grate machine is used to dry and preheat raw pellets, and convey the raw pellets to the rotary kiln (5) for roasting; the rotary kiln (5) is used to roast the dried and preheated pellets; the annular cooler is used to cool the roasted pellets; the rotary kiln (5) is further circulatively connected to the chain grate machine by means of a flue gas return pipeline, and a selective non-catalytic reduction device (10) is provided on the flue gas return pipeline; and the chain grate machine is connected to an ozone generating device (18) and a desulfurizing device (19) in sequence along the flow direction of roasting flue gas. Thus, the hierarchical treatment of NOx is achieved, the denitration efficiency of flue gas is improved, the amount of ozone used is reduced, and operating costs are reduced.
