Abstract:
Provided is a denitrification device that can inhibit the deterioration of a denitrification catalyst by way of disposing a fine particle capture layer for capturing fine particles contained in exhaust gas to be in contact with or near the upstream side of a denitrification catalytic layer. A denitrification device 60 in a coal-fired power plant facility 1 is configured to comprise: a denitrification catalytic layer 625 that has a honeycomb structure in which a plurality of exhaust gas flow through holes 624 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed, and a plurality of honeycomb catalysts 622 containing a denitrification catalyst supported in a honeycomb structure; and a fine particle capture layer 626 that is disposed to be in contact with or near the upstream side of the denitrification catalytic layer 625 and that has a plurality of honeycomb structures 623 in which a plurality of exhaust gas flow through holes 624 is formed.
