Abstract:

A dental air compressor having a failure detection function is disclosed. The disclosed dental air compressor having a failure detection function comprises: a head (100) which generates compressed air and supplies same to an air tank (200); the air tank (200) which stores compressed air supplied from the head (100); a plurality of air hoses (300) each of which is connected at one end thereof to the air tank (200) and connected at the other end thereof to a dental chair (CH) to form a flow path of compressed air; and a controller which controls the overall operation of the dental air compressor, wherein the controller checks the cause of a failure in the air compressor and takes action thereon.
