Abstract:
The present invention is a dental cut processing resin-based block that contains a resin matrix (A) and a spherical filler (B) having an average particle size in the range of 230-1000 nm. The dental cut processing resin-based block is characterized in that: at a thickness of 10 mm, the brightness (V) of a measurement color value, which is measured by using a color difference meter and which is of colored light according to the Munsell color system under a black background and under a white background, is less than 5.0 and a chroma (C) of the measurement color value is less than 2.0; and, at a thickness of 1 mm, the brightness (V) of a measurement color value, which is measured by using a color difference meter and which is of colored light according to the Munsell color system under a black background, is less than 5.0 and a chroma (C) of the measurement color value is at least 0.05, and the brightness (V) of a measurement color value, which is measured by using a color difference meter and which is of colored light according to the Munsell color system under a white background, is at least 6.0 and a chroma (C) of the measurement color value is less than 2.0. The present invention allows repair of a dental prosthesis produced from a block without using a pigment or a dye such that the external appearance thereof matches with the color tone of natural teeth, and makes it possible to provide a dental cut processing resin-based block that realizes continued harmony of the dental prosthesis produced from a block with the color tone of natural teeth.
