Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dental floss holder which allows a user to string a looped dental floss thereon and use same, and to easily replace same. The configuration comprises: a rest which is configured to have a Y shape overall by comprising a center rod and arms extending, from the tip of the center rod, so as to spread out to both sides, and which has floss-catching grooves on the tips of the arms, on which dental floss can be strung; a handle to which the rest is inserted, and which has a floss hook for allowing the dental floss to be hooked thereon; and a tension adjustment means for allowing the distance between the floss-catching grooves and the floss hook to be changed by enabling the rest to move relative to the handle. The configuration, thereby, enables the looped dental floss to be strung and held in a triangular structure by using the floss-catching grooves and the floss hook, and maintains the dental floss in a tense state by widening the distance between the floss-catching grooves and the floss hook.
