The Invention, being used at dentistry, is part of removal part that is used for index and abutment assembled in implant to be used for and abutment developed for implementation of dental implants that its abutment is assembled in its body through cold weld.
There are several types of abutments that are assembled in dental implant as known techniques. Degree of abutment part that is assembled into dental implant is very crucial. Procedures, applied, causes negative effects on patients in case of need to remove abutment from dental implant after implementation of abutment less than 2 degrees. Abutment is required to spin on entrance direction of implant in order to remove abutment through using davier and similar tools. In fact, because of entrance direction is not seen in case of using angle abutment, it is hard to apply rotational forces on the right way or it is impossible. Trying to remove abutment through using those tools may damage Osseo integration, abutment and/or implant and cause psychologically illness in case of using of flat abutment. Index cannot be applied on implant and abutment due to spinning is needed to remove the connection. There are some difficulties at lab applications due to index cannot be applied. Referring to problems that the invention aims at solving, there will be a hole inside abutment, disassembling will be provided as pressing on bone through disassembling part having reverse screw system and index will be applied abutment and index on implant to be used in case of abutment-implant connection is provided through cold weld. In this way, a connection, which is hard to remove in vertical direction, will be disassembled on vertical direction easily without spinning abutment. The most important part of this technique is to disassemble abutment, having cold well connection in wells with several diameter, on vertical way. Assembling abutment connection form of intra osseous implant as conical (cold weld) and disassembling those abutment or removing those abutments is not possible with only vertical press (vertical force is needed together with rotation) and at the same time, bigger parts like davier must be used in mouth. Index can be applied on either implant or abutment through the invention. At the same time, through the invention, index can be assembled into shorter implants with Taper Lock connection system without damaging implant wells and abutment surfaces as protecting the same connection.

Invented abutment is composed of post section of conical abutment inserting into implant (1), Index on post (2), Abutment sub-section, in form of hemisphere, in contact with gum (3), Upper-section of abutment inside mouth (4) trough passing on middle of abutment vertically (5). Also there is trough in form of cylinder passing on middle of abutment vertically and there is a groove reversing inside it (6).
New abutment disassembling part is composed of long cylinder shape body (7) groove on cylinder body (8) and heading of disassembling where body connected (9).
Implant system where Abutment developed is applied, is composed of a conical well (10), curved shoulder (11), parallel discs (12) and a conical body gathering those discs (13). Also there is an index inside well (14). Implant, used, is not a part of invention and only index inside conical well is expressed as invention.
Post section of abutment used (1) inserts into conical well (10) and index on conical well (14) and index on post are located in abutment implant through coincide with each other. Sides of post and side of well (15) and sides of post index (2) with tip of disassembling part (16) are kept in touch in this position. Abutment is locked inside implant as cold weld (Figure 6, 7, 8) in this position. Index on post (2) index on well (14) may be in any position (entrance, middle and bottom of well) and may be designed in form of any geometrical shape (hex, octagon, torque etc). Rotation of abutment inside implant is not possible due to there are index on either post (2) and well (14) In case of abutment is locked inside implant (Figure 6, 7, 8), body of disassembling (7) is passed inside groove (5), in form of cylinder, passing middle of abutment and groove inside abutment (6) and groove on disassembling part (8) are matched. Rotation is provided in this position, tip of disassembling (16) contacts to well bottom (17) and grooves of disassembling part (8) apply remove force on groove inside abutment and abutment is removed on vertical way. There will be a gap amount Body of
disassembling (7) and surface of trough in form of cylinder passing on middle of abutment (5).
