Abstract:
The present invention relates to an implant unit and especially to a shock-absorbing dental implant unit which may replace a natural tooth, the dental implant unit comprising: a crown; an abutment having one side thereof coupled to the crown; and a fixture coupled to the other side of the abutment, wherein at least one of the abutment and the fixture has an elastic layer. Or, the dental implant unit comprises: the crown; the abutment having one side thereof coupled to the crown; and the fixture coupled to the other side of the abutment, wherein, in a surgical procedure using the dental implant unit, at least one of the abutment and the fixture has an elastic layer on a part coming into contact with the gingiva.
