Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dental implant and, more specifically, provides a dental implant structure having an improved implant external thread structure and internal polygonal part structure so as to be capable of preventing fatigue fracture caused by stress concentration at a portion adjacent to an implant internal polygonal part. To this end, the dental implant inserted into the alveolar bone tissue to form an artificial tooth root, of the present invention, has: an external bottom thread section machined up to a predetermined section upward from the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the implant so that threads with large depths are formed by means of a first bit; and an external top thread section machined above the external bottom thread section so that threads with small depths are formed by means of a second bit having a machining surface shape and width that differ from those of the first bit, wherein the threads of each thread section machined through the first bit and the second bit have the same pitches and crest widths.
