Abstract:
A stem cell and use of a genetically modified stem cell. In particular, a dental stem cell and the use of a genetically modified dental stem cell in the preparation of a product for the treatment of psoriasis and related diseases. A composition or a reagent kit comprising dental stem cells and/or genetically modified dental stem cells. HGF gene-modified dental pulp stem cells are better at treating psoriasis than dental pulp stem cells, and HGF and dental stem cells can be used in coordination for the treatment of psoriasis-related diseases.
