Abstract:
Provided is a deodorant aerosol which can exhibit a fast-acting and long-lasting deodorant effect in a space of interest, such as toilet. A deodorant aerosol provided with: a pressure vessel in which an aerosol stock solution containing a deodorant component and an organic solvent and a propellant are charged and which is provided with a metered-dose jet valve; and a jetting button which is connected to the metered-dose jet valve and is provided with a jet orifice. The deodorant aerosol is configured such that the jetting volume upon the one push of the jet button can become 0.1 to 0.4 mL and the jetting force at a jetting distance of 20 cm can become 0.3 to 10.0 g·f at 25°C, and is also configured such that 50 vol% or more of the jetted aerosol stock solution can form adhesive particles that can adhere to an exposed part in a space of interest that has a volume of 2.5 to 3.5 m3 within 60 minutes when the jet button is pushed once to eject the aerosol stock solution in the pressure vessel into the space of interest.
