Abstract:
Disclosed is a deodorant composition which comprises, as an active ingredient, a natural plant extract that is highly safe and can be used in foods without any concern, and which can exhibit a high deodorizing effect even under neutral conditions. Also disclosed is a food or beverage. The deodorant composition is characterized by comprising a Rubus plant and a peroxidase.
