Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dephosphorizing flux for controlling a phosphorus component contained in a molten metal, wherein the dephosphorizing flux comprises a main raw material containing BaCO3 and an auxiliary raw material, the auxiliary raw material comprising a first raw material comprising any one of NaHCO3 or NA2CO3 and a second raw material comprising CaF2. Therefore, according to the dephosphorizing flux in an embodiment of the present invention, the dephosphorizing ratio is improved, and the clogging of a low-noise nozzle, which blows carrier gas during dephosphorization, can be prevented. In addition, the substances harmful to the environment as in the prior art are not used, and thus the risk of environmental pollution can be reduced, and the cost burden of the facilities for preventing environmental pollution and the management of harmful substances can be solved.
