A deployment and collection apparatus for a DGT probe (1) in sediments at different water depths and a testing method. The apparatus comprises the DGT probe (1), a container (2), a length adjustable operating rod (3) and a mud door opening and closing control assembly (4), wherein the DGT probe (1) is fixed in the container (2) by means of upper pins (11), an upper cover plate (21) is arranged at the upper end of the container (2), two sides of the length adjustable operating rod (3) penetrate the upper cover plate (21), a lower cover plate (22) is arranged at the lower end of the container (2), and the lower cover plate (22) is divided into a left cover plate and a right cover plate which are respectively fitted with the lower end of the container (2) by means of the mud door opening and closing control assembly (4). By means of the collection apparatus and the testing method, the DGT probe (1) at mud-water interfaces in lake reservoirs at different water depths can be deployed and fixed in situ for 24 hours, and the sampling of the mud-water interfaces can be completed without disturbing the mud-water interfaces.
